Tianxi Kitchen Appliance Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic kitchen appliance manufacturer. Our Postdoctoral Research Station, in close collaboration with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, is dedicated to applying cutting-edge technologies to the field of smart manufacturing. We sincerely invite outstanding Ph.D. holders from around the world to join us in building an AI Smart Manufacturing system to achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, and business expansion.

II. Recruitment Requirements and Research Focus

Position: Postdoctoral Researcher
Number of Positions: Two
Duration: Two Years
Start Date: March 1, 2026

Research Focus
AI Smart Manufacturing System Construction based on Artificial Intelligence and IoT (AIoT). Specific areas include:

1. Digital modeling and optimization of manufacturing processes.
2. Industrial big data analytics and fault prediction.
3. Flexible manufacturing and intelligent robot scheduling.

III. Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead or participate in major research projects in smart manufacturing at national and enterprise levels.
• Apply technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to the actual production environment of Tianxi Kitchen Appliance, driving the goals of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, and business expansion.
• Draft high-quality academic papers, patent applications, and research reports.

Applicant Qualifications

• Must have obtained or be about to obtain a Ph.D. degree.
• Major backgrounds: Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, or related fields.
• Possess solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in AIoT, Machine Learning, Data Science, etc.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills are required.

Compensation and Support
Annual Salary: USD $60,000

Benefits:

• Assistance with China Work Visa application.
• Provision of "Five Insurances" (social security package), including medical insurance, as per Chinese regulations.
• Provision of research funding support and necessary experimental conditions.
• Work Location: (Negotiable, choosing one of the following locations)
  • Company Headquarters: Lishui City, Zhejiang Province
