Postdoctoral Scholar: Laboratory of Tissue Regeneration and Inflammation
The Konieczny Lab in the Department of Developmental and Cell Biology is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team. Our research focuses on uncovering the complex mechanisms that govern cellular dynamics in epithelial regeneration and adaptation to inflammation. We take an interdisciplinary approach, integrating concepts from epithelial stem cell and endothelial biology, immunology, and cancer biology while leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a research program in tissue biology using state-of-the-art methodologies. The successful candidate will receive exceptional training and mentorship to support their career development and progression to the next stage.
We are looking for candidates who have completed a PhD in a relevant field, such as stem cell biology, immunology, or cancer biology. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting in vivo experiments with mouse models, possess excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and thrive both independently and in a team environment. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as a track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals, are preferred.
