Offer Description

M2 Pre-doctoral contract associated with the project "H₂S Signaling in Plants". The research focuses on the regulation of autophagy and stress response through persulfidation and S-cyanylation. The position is designed for candidates aiming to undertake their PhD thesis and apply for the upcoming Spanish FPU call.

• Target Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biotechnology, and a related Master’s degree (completed or currently enrolled).
• Academic Record: Average grade > 8.5 on a 10-point scale
• CRITICAL REQUIREMENT – Official Degree Equivalence / Homologation: Candidates with qualifications issued outside the European Higher Education Area/Spain MUST ALREADY HOLD the official European/Spanish homologation or recognized equivalence for both their degree diploma and academic transcripts at the time of application. Candidates who have submitted an application for homologation but have not yet received official approval WILL NOT be evaluated and MUST REFRAIN from applying.
• CRITICAL REQUIREMENT – PhD Status: This is an entry-level pre-doctoral position (PhD position). Candidates who already hold a PhD degree are ineligible and MUST REFRAIN from applying.

Skills/Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong background in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Plant Biotechnology, or Chemistry (GPA > 8.5/10), possessing laboratory skills in molecular biology, biochemistry, proteomics, cell biology, and data analysis, as well as official degree homologation/equivalence and eligibility for a pre-doctoral contract.

Specific Requirements

Academic Standing: GPA > 8.5/10 with Master's degree and official European/Spanish qualification homologation.
