Are you interested in exploring cutting-edge research in Computer Vision and Machine Learning and the potential applications to Biometrics, Explainability, Security, and Media Forensics (among others)? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are seeking 1 PreDoc to join our Biometrics and Data Pattern Analytics Laboratory (BiDA-Lab), from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (12 months).

Requirements
Research Field: Computer science
Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications:
- Master in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Biometrics.
- Excellent publication record and experience in Public/Industry Projects.
- Excellent programming skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive, curiosity-driven, and committed to deliver by deadlines.
- Availability to travel for technical and scientific conferences, technical exhibitions.
Specific Requirements:
- Experience and publications in the field of biometric recognition and avatar scenarios.
- Knowledge in servers with GPUs, and development of artificial intelligence applications.
- Solid understanding of Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
Languages: Spanish (Excellent), English (Excellent)
