Offer Description
Predoctoral Researcher joining the ASTURSARC Sarcoma and Experimental Therapies Research Group of IUOPA, where the following tasks will be carried out:
- Culture of patient-derived primary cell lines.
- Establishment and maintenance of 3D cell culture models.
- Next-generation sequencing (NGS) of tumor samples.
- Treatment of tumor models and cell viability assays.
- Handling and care of laboratory animals.
- Genome editing using shRNA and CRISPR-Cas9 technologies.
- Application of molecular and cellular biology technique
