Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (mandatory for Associate Professor/Professor positions).
First-class M.Tech in CSE (mandatory for Assistant Professor).
Demonstrated teaching/research experience at a recognized institution.
Strong research record with publications in reputed journals/conferences (SCI/Scopus indexed preferred).
Ability to attract external funding and build collaborations with academia/industry.
Excellent communication
