The next President must be both an accomplished leader and an experienced enterprise builder, with the judgment to guide complex change. Above all, Brandeis seeks a President who combines long-term, strategic vision with operational discipline, intellectual credibility with entrepreneurial energy, and respect for the University’s mission with the confidence to shape its next chapter.

The salary range for this role is expected to be over $1,000,000 annually. Compensation for this role will be determined based on experience and skillset.
