Position Summary:
Incumbent is responsible for initiating and submitting all necessary pharmacy order authorizations in accordance with established guidelines. Verifies eligibility, obtains benefit information, and obtains approvals for authorizations. Responds to provider and patient inquiries and resolves any identified authorization issues.
