About us
QUT is a major Australian university with a global outlook and a 'real world' focus. We are an ambitious and collaborative institution that seeks to equip our students and graduates with the skills they will need in an increasingly disrupted and challenged world.
Campus Services is responsible for a range of essential services to support the activities of the university.

- Campus Planning
- Property
- Commercial Services

Campus Services is reimagining its Commercial Services function to become a more strategic and revenue-generating
contributor to QUT’s long-term financial sustainability. Many existing services operate in fragmented or legacy models, limiting their commercial potential—this transformation will unify and scale service delivery while using data to drive performance. External partnerships will be sharpened through a commercial lens to ensure offerings are financially viable, market-aligned, and customer-focused. Through this shift, Campus Services will embed a culture of commercial excellence that delivers improved outcomes and generates income to help fund the university’s core mission and future growth..
