Founded In 2017, the Human Phenome Institute (HuPI) is a leading research institute in Fudan University, Shanghai, China. So far, HuPI has established multiple world-class, cross-scale and high-dimensional phenotyping platforms for the precise and deep phenotyping of human phenome, including the advanced molecular proteomics platform, molecular metabolomics platform, functional phenotyping platform and the reference laboratories for quality control and quality assurance. Prof. JIN Li, Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Executive Vice-President of Fudan University, serves as the dean of HuPI.

HuPI is conducting several large-scale cohort studies to gradually draw the human phenome atlas and comprehensively analyze the correlations between phenome, genome and the environments, thus, to explore the intrinsic regularities and biomarkers of human health and diseases.

HuPI will strive to be the driving force in the paradigm transformation of life sciences and take the lead to the leapfrog development in biological science and human health!

Applicants should have a prominent research profile to establish and conduct innovative independent research with a strong science background. Candidates with established records and strong interests in phenome studies will be considered with priority.

Both senior and junior investigators are encouraged to apply in the fields of:

As an eligible candidate for professorship, you should have:

• PhD/MD in Biology or relevant fields
• Tenure-Track position holders from a world-renowned university or research institute
• Internationally recognized expertise, remarkable achievements, and academic influence in relevant fields

As a candidate for junior faculty position, you should have:

• PhD/ MD in Biology or relevant fields with post-doctoral experience
• Excellent academic potential to develop innovative research
