Provide live support to lecturers and presenters remotely to facilitate synchronous distance education. May be required to possess a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle from the TTU/TTUHSC motor pool to perform the job.

Major/Essential Functions
- Interpret event schedules and build, monitor, and support video calls across campuses.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously by multitasking and prioritizing efficiently.
- Test AV and video conferencing equipment upon request and to an adequate performance.
- Provides phone support for live event management and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and clean and organized work station in order to produce the best possible video conferences.

- Associate Degree in related field and one-year documented qualifying experience in related field.
