Production Assistant (Student)

Summary:

Theatre Productions Assistants assist full-time staff with projects associated with theatre, musical theatre, and dance productions. Tasks include but aren't limited to building and painting scenery and properties, hanging lights, setting up audio and projection equipment, and operating lighting and sound equipment during shows. TPAs will also assist with general maintenance of equipment as necessary. This is a summer position with about 20 - 25 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

• Build and paint scenery and properties.
• Hang lights.
• Set up audio and projection equipment.
• Operate lighting and sound equipment during shows.
• Other duties assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-time.
• 20 - 25 hours per week.

Salary Range:

• $17.95 per hour.
