Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee the production assistant and student workers.
- Serve as director of all Conferences and Events technical services for performing arts venues, including PE Monroe, Belk Centrum and Grace Chapel.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Possess strong managerial skills.
- Possess strong customer service and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in sound and production management.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in theater production.
- Maintain high integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
- Maintain and contribute to a professional, respectful, courteous, diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment
- Treat other individuals with dignity, respect, and kindness.
