We are headquartered in Rio Rico, Arizona, with additional operations in Nogales, Mexico. Gillman is an ISO9100-AS9100-registered manufacturer of high-reliability electrical cables and harnesses for military ground vehicles and other ruggedized applications.
This position reports directly to the Production Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Understand, interpret, and apply the plant’s Quality Policy to daily work.
- Follow and comply with all internal work rules and safety procedures.
- Perform assigned production or process operations in accordance with the approved work instructions.
- Carry out tasks accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
- Follow and execute instructions provided by the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- US Citizen or resident
