Offer Description
We are offering one position as a Professional Advisor in the science and higher education system at the Centre for Informatics and Computing, for work on:
- the development and application of software and methodological solutions based on artificial intelligence in photogrammetry and image processing,
- the development and application of methods for detection, digitization, and 3D documentation of cultural heritage,
- the provision of professional 3D scanning and photogrammetric processing services,
- the preparation and execution of science popularisation activities,
- participation in the preparation and implementation of scientific research and technological projects,
- and the performance of other professional tasks.
In addition to the general employment criteria set out in Article 61 of the Statute of the Ruđer Bošković Institute, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- a university graduate degree (master’s level) or an integrated undergraduate and graduate university degree in technical sciences (field of graphic technology) or in arts (field of design),
- at least twelve (12) years of relevant work experience in appropriate or related professional tasks,
- excellent computer literacy,
- excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Advantage will be given to candidates with:
- experience using photogrammetric software tools (Metashape, AliceVision, RealityCapture, or similar),
- experience in cultural heritage digitization projects,
- experience in organizing and conducting science popularization activities,
- experience participating in the implementation of international projects.

Selection process
In addition to the application for a professional position in the science and higher education system, applicants must submit: a CV, the relevant diploma, and evidence of meeting the other selection criteria.
Employment in a professional position is established for an indefinite period, with a six-month probationary period.
A candidate selected for a professional position who obtained their higher education qualification abroad must, before the employment relationship is established, submit an Opinion on the Evaluation of the Foreign Higher Education Qualification issued by the Agency for Science and Higher Education.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Gender Equality Act, persons of both sexes may apply.
