Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other procurement staff, formally or informally.

Proficiency with e-procurement and/or contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, DocuSign CLM) or comparable platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public higher education procurement or another public sector shared services environment.
• Certification such as CPPO, CPPB, CPSM, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting cooperative purchasing agreements and multi-campus or multi-entity procurement governance.
• Working knowledge of public procurement law and practice; experience with the Commonwealth Procurement Code (62 Pa.C.S.) or comparable public procurement statute strongly preferred.
