Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to ensure smooth operational processes for learners across graduate programs, from admissions through to graduation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design, and implement processes that support the full lifecycle of graduate programmes, including admissions, programme execution, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of admissions, examination activities, graduation processes, student welfare and to ensure compliance with NUS-ISS standards, regulatory bodies, and funding agency requirements.
  • Continuously review and improve processes and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports for both internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making and track progress.
  • Work closely with Practice Chiefs, Programme Chiefs, Business Development, and the Graduate Recruitment team to meet the goals of admissions and programme completion.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects related to programme operations and student services as needed.

Qualifications

  • A degree from a reputable university with at least 15 years of experience, ideally in admissions, programme operations, or student services.
  • Experience in managing the full student lifecycle, including admissions and graduation processes, preferably in higher education environment.
  • Familiarity with registrar requirements or other educational funding schemes is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex operational processes.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
