"PROFESSOR/ ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR"

The Neuroscience Center of Excellence in the LSU School of Medicine is seeking applicants with an MD, MD/PhD, or PhD degree and with an established record of innovative research on neurodegenerative diseases, Parkinson’s disease, ALS-FTD, multiple sclerosis, stroke/vascular/Alzheimer’s dementia, traumatic brain injury, or related neurological disorders, including translational approaches.

Successful candidates are expected to have an established, nationally recognized, competitively funded research program (NIH R01 or equivalent) and demonstrate the potential to continue that path. Primary academic department, rank, and track to be determined by qualifications.

Required Education: MD, PhD, or MD/PhD
Indicate the type of experience required to do the job: Qualified for the rank of Associate Professor or Professor
