DESCRIPTION (topic, expectations, comments):
The competition is open to individuals who meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and in accordance with the applicable Statute of the University of Kalisz.
I. Requirements for candidates (statutory and statutory requirements to be met by the candidate):
- Academic title/degree/professional title:
- title of professor in the field of social sciences;
- Documented academic achievements in the field or discipline of science to which the candidate's main academic achievements are to relate (does not apply to teaching positions):
- academic achievements in the discipline of management and quality sciences or economics and finance or related disciplines;
- extensive publication record in a foreign language;
- academic discipline: management and quality sciences – 100% participation.
- Specification of the candidate's required teaching or professional experience (does not apply to research positions);
- leadership or participation in research groups or research projects;
- membership on the editorial or scientific board of a highly rated scientific journal;
- scientific and research involvement in the Institute and the University;
- the requirement to affiliate with the University of Kalisz at least one highly rated article per year (minimum 100 points, in accordance with the current Announcement of the Minister of Science regarding the list of scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences).
- Employment will be based on a fixed-term employment contract and full-time employment – 180 hours of annual teaching load (in the case of employment after the beginning of the academic year, the teaching load is set at 1/30 of the annual teaching load specified for the position for each week during which classes are conducted at the university).
- An interview may be conducted.

III. Applications should be submitted to the Human Resources Department, 62-800 Kalisz, Plac W. Bogusławskiego 2, room B102.
The deadline for submitting documents is 12:00 PM on September 10, 2026.
IV. Information on the competition results and the justification will be published no later than 14 days after the deadline for submitting applications on the University's website.
The University does not provide housing, but does provide accommodation in its own hotel facilities.
The University reserves the right to reject the competition without providing a reason.
The competition result does not constitute employment, but rather serves as a recommendation to the Rector in this regard. The final decision on employment is made by the Rector.
