SALARY: $51,250 - MASTER'S DEGREE or $55,800 - DOCTORATE DEGREE. New faculty may receive up to a 20% increase above the minimum base salary to recognize direct, job-related college teaching or other professional experience and/or extenuating labor market conditions, if requested by the recommending administrator and verified by Human Resources as justified.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provides instruction in the teaching of a specific subject or field of knowledge and guides student study and learning in that subject field. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: At a minimum, a master's degree in a business-related discipline with 18 graduate hours in an appropriate combination of Accounting, Banking, Economics, and Finance and 3 years’ experience in the banking or finance fields. The preferred candidate will have a doctorate or master's degree in Finance or Banking, and more than 3 years' experience in the banking or finance fields.
