SALARY: $51,250 - MASTER'S DEGREE
$55,800 - DOCTORATE DEGREE
New faculty may receive up to a 20% increase above the minimum base salary to recognize direct, job-related college teaching or other professional experience and/or extenuating labor market conditions, if requested by the recommending administrator and verified by Human Resources as justified.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have a Master's Degree in business-related discipline with 18 graduate hours in an appropriate combination of finance, accounting, and economics and 3 years of experience in a finance field.
Additionally, the preferred candidate will have a Doctorate or Master's degree in Finance or Banking, more than 3 years' experience in the banking or finance fields.
