MAIN OBLIGATIONS:
- conducting teaching activities and research work at the Faculty of Technology and Life Sciences (Department of Animal Production and Poultry Products Evaluation)
- maintaining and archiving teaching documentation
- operation of laboratory equipment to the extent necessary for the implementation of teaching and research processes
- developing and updating teaching materials for the courses taught
- improving working methods and continuously enhancing professional qualifications
- participation in the research and organizational activities of the Faculty
- dissemination of research results (participation in scientific conferences, science popularization activities)
- performance of administrative tasks related to the scientific, teaching, and organizational activities of the university
- cooperation with the socio-economic environment
- participation in the Faculty’s promotional activities

- A statement about countries of residence in the last 20 years other than Poland and the country of citizenship, along with information from the relevant criminal records obtained for professional or volunteer activities involving contact with children, concerns both Polish citizens and foreigners.

REQUIREMENTS:
- the academic title of professor (discipline: veterinary science)
- documented scientific achievements consistent with the research profile of the Department of Animal Production and Poultry Products Evaluation
- knowledge of English
- proficiency in using basic computer software
- very good command of spoken and written Polish (for foreigners).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- experience in teaching work
- a significant body of scholarly work, including publications in internationally circulated journals, evidenced by high scientometric indicators
- research experience aligned with the profile of the Department or serving as an interdisciplinary complement to it
- knowledge of modern research methods and techniques appropriate to the scientific field in question
- experience in carrying out research projects funded from external sources
- experience in leading teams, as well as a track record in teaching and organizational work
- experience in domestic and international cooperation
- excellent work organization, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team
- experience in working with public administration and entities operating in the fields of agriculture, health, food safety, or the One Health concept
- education or qualifications in the field of translational medicine
