Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in their field, with a special emphasis on applications in Medicine.
• Design and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes, particularly within medical education.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including pathways to medical school and careers in healthcare.
• Collaborate with colleagues across medical and healthcare disciplines to support interdisciplinary initiatives and academic programs.
• Lead and contribute to research, scholarly activities, and publication.
• Participate in MD program administration, academic committees, and community engagement.

Qualifications

Professor
MD, PhD (or equivalent). Distinguished record of teaching, research, and leadership. Significant contributions to academic scholarship and clinical practice.

Associate Professor
MD or PhD (or equivalent). Strong record of research, teaching excellence, and service. Evidence of academic leadership.

Assistant Professor
MD or PhD (or equivalent). Demonstrated research potential and teaching ability. Commitment to collaborative academic growth.
