"Program Administrator (Division), Multiple Vacancies"

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Administrator for the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Administration in collaboration with the Division Chiefs as necessary, the Program Administrator will provide administrative support to the assigned divisions and provide necessary leadership to the department. Oversight of all operational, financial, and communications for the growth of the department, fiscal performance and operational effectiveness; including clinical and research revenue, grants, education and the management of division budgets. Responsible for planning, organizing, managing and evaluating all administrative and fiscal matters relating to the assigned unit(s)/divisions. Supervises the administrative staff of the assigned unit(s)/divisions. Among the key duties of this position are the following:

• Manages overall operations of the assigned divisions. Directly supervise the administrative staff assigned to the divisions.
• Leads divisional physician engagement initiatives.
