Position Summary:
The Medical Humanities Program Administrator administers the daily operational and administrative functions of the Medical Humanities program in the School of Humanities and Arts. Responsible for front-office management, this role serves as the primary problem-solving point of contact for internal and external audiences, supporting program faculty, students, and visitors. Key responsibilities include coordinating administrative functions, curriculum and course offerings, event planning, website management, budget tracking, and outreach initiatives.

Workplace Location:
On-campus position: This position is exclusively on-site, requiring all duties to be performed in person at the Rice University campus. The schedule will be 30 hours per week (0.75 FTE). Per Rice policy 440 , work arrangements may be subject to change.
Hiring Range: This exempt position is benefits-eligible and has an expected minimum salary of $43,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
