Program Analyst, Enrollment Services
Definition:
The Enrollment and Financial Services Department at West Valley College in Saratoga is seeking a talented Program Analyst to support Admissions and Financial Aid operations.
Under the direction of the Dean of Enrollment Services, the Program Analyst provides specialized technical expertise and program support in the administration of admissions, records, and financial aid services. Responsibilities include informing and advising students and their families on eligibility requirements; assisting with application completion and documentation; reviewing and evaluating student files; and ensuring accurate updates to systems and records.
Assignment:
100% of full time, 37.5 hours per week, 12 months per year, with anticipated start date of August 2026. This is a grant-funded position.

Salary and Benefits:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $8,785.25 – $9,608.50 monthly (WVMCEA Salary Schedule, Range 67, Steps A-C).
