Advertised Job Summary
This position will assist PI and program consultant in achieving all program deliverables. Tasks will include managing communication with program interns and applicants, organizing Excel tables, presenting information during team meetings, data collection and organization, and promoting program efforts.
Required Education and Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a higher education, behavioral health, or public school setting.
- Familiarity with grant-funded programs, data management tools, and program coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related data management software.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of program coordination principles; strong organizational and time-management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience with data entry and management.
- Ability to present information clearly during meetings.
