What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Program Coordinator for the Baylor Collaborative on Faith and Disability to support the mission and vision of Baylor University and serve within the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing. The Program Coordinator will help advance the work of the Baylor Collaborative on Faith and Disability by providing direct support to its leadership and projects. Primary emphasis will focus on supporting one or more new grant projects funded by the Lilly Endowment Inc. and focused on fostering accessibility and belonging in churches across the country.
A Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of one another.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
- Provide essential administrative and logistical support for The Whole Body Project Storytelling Initiative
- Schedule meetings, identifying locations, and capturing minutes
- Arrange and host online meetings (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
- Coordinate project-related travel
- Maintain project-related supply needs and submit work orders
- Coordinate contracts for project collaborators
- Coordinate financial payments including requisitions, payment requests, and online supply orders
- Coordinate contracts for project collaborators
- Provide essential administrative and logistical support for other faith and disability projects
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of Collaborative programs and activities
- Document and compile evaluation data; Secure reservations of classrooms and equipment for Collaborative activities
- Schedule visits and meetings (in-person and digital) between Collaborative leaders and partners
- Coordinate registration, logistics, volunteers, and publicity for events
- Assist with basic website and social media updates
- Interface with students, faculty, collaborators, and visitors
- Contribute to regular team meetings
- Manage inquiries and correspondence regarding the Collaborative
- Assist with participant and partner recruitment for projects
- Complete other coordinating tasks and responsibilities related to the growth of the Baylor Collaborative on Faith and Disability
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
