Summary:
The Program Coordinator, Career Education supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of career education programming for American University students. Reporting to the Associate Director, Career Advising and Education, this position plays a central role in administering AU’s career-related course, coordinating career education workshops and programs, and maintaining educational resources that support student career readiness.
The Program Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and logistical support to ensure career education initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently. The role collaborates closely with Career Center staff, faculty, students, and campus partners to support high-quality learning experiences that are accessible, organized, and responsive to student needs.
The Program Coordinator may supervise student employees who assist with program delivery, peer engagement, and course support.
