Advertised Job Summary
Program Coordinator for Partnerships and Implementation will lead the coordination and operational implementation of personalized professional learning systems by strengthening partnerships, managing cross-initiative workflows, and ensuring high-quality, scalable execution of micro-credential systems across mCrED and Profile2Work SC. This role serves as a key connector across partners, assessors, and internal teams to support program growth, consistency, and impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CTE programs, workforce development initiatives, or career-connected learning models.
- Familiarity with micro-credential platforms, digital portfolios, or competency-based assessment systems.
- Experience in partnership development with K–12, higher education, or industry partners. Knowledge of South Carolina education systems, Profile of the SC Graduate, or statewide workforce initiatives.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to design, refine, and improve operational processes to support scalability and consistency.
- Skilled in relationship-building and maintaining partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear, professional correspondence.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and supporting evolving systems and initiatives.
