Among the key duties of this position are the following:

• Oversees recruitment into the DHCC in partnership with the Honors College and Douglass recruitment teams
• Plans and implements activities for DHCC students, including during welcome days and orientation as well as over the course of the academic year.
• Supports leadership with assessment, design, and implementation of programs.
• Makes recommendations for change in programs content.
• Collaborates in development activities and alumni engagement.
• Provides administrative support to all Douglass Discovery programs.
• Works collaboratively with Douglass and Honors College staff and other partners to advance the mission of the unit.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, writing, and promotion/outreach.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function.

Equipment Utilized:

Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, Canvas, Marketplace, Cornerstone, Canva, Zoom, EAB, and WordPress.

Special Conditions:

This position will require to work some nights and weekends.
