Program Coordinator I
Position Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator I for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP).
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Serves as a liaison to Ticket Holders in the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work Program, enrolled as beneficiaries in the Employment Network division of the RCAAS.
- Recruits and manages a caseload of 25–50 neurodivergent job seekers, advocating for employment and supporting their employment goals through the RCAAS Employment Network.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field and at least two (2) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
