Job Description

The Program Coordinator II, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement programs for the newly awarded National Center for Infrastructure Transformation (NCIT). This position is funded by a grant or restricted funds. Continued employment is contingent on the renewal of grant or restricted funding.

Responsibilities

Provides support and coordination of a variety of business activities requiring independent judgment...
Interact with sponsors and potential clients...
Submit reports according to the University Transportation Center (UTC) reporting requirements...
Records and tracks Center performance measures...
Assist the Communications Manager with the design/maintenance of the Center website...
Work with the Budget Specialist II to utilize Canopy and Excel spreadsheet records...
Participate in staff development training workshops...

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree.
Four years of related experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a scientific, business administration or closely related field.
Four or more years of related work experience...
