Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Assists in the overall administration of Ticket Operations which includes the daily management of the Paciolan ticketing system (build events, create & maintain eVenue online sales platform, build renewal applications and provide reporting as needed).
• Serves as the primary ticket office liaison for Wrestling, Men's Lacrosse and outside events as assigned.
• Develops, maintains and analyzes ticket sales, attendance and revenue reports.
• Supports the Marketing and Communications department with email marketing communications.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Sport Management, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Equipment Utilized:

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Paciolan (Ticketing System).
• Salesforce CRM.
• Adobe Campaign & Eloqua.
