Your next career opportunity:
In this role, you will coordinate flagship entrepreneurship programs that guide participants from early exploration to venture growth.
You will gain hands-on experience across events, stakeholder engagement and data-driven improvement within a vibrant innovation hub.
What you will deliver:
- Coordinate end-to-end cohort operations, including applications, onboarding, scheduling and participant communications across MEC Explore and Accelerate programs.
- Organise and support workshops, mentoring sessions and showcases, ensuring effective logistics and an engaging experience for all participants.
- Maintain accurate participant, CRM and program data, preparing routine reports and insights to support evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Manage routine financial administration and procurement tasks, tracking expenditure and supporting budget monitoring for assigned programs.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, colleagues and casual staff to deliver cohesive programs, share knowledge and enhance MEC processes.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, with experience coordinating programs, projects or events in dynamic environments.
- Bring excellent administrative skills, confidently managing competing priorities, deadlines and detailed documentation with high accuracy.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, preparing participant communications, reports and briefing notes for diverse stakeholders.
- Use Microsoft Office confidently plus CRMs, shared drives and online meeting platforms including Zoom and Teams.
- Show commitment to high-quality customer service when working with students, researchers, industry partners and internal colleagues.
- Adapt to occasional out-of-hours events and travel between campuses and meet Working with Children Check requirements.
