work closely with the team?s Grants Managers and Director of Research Finance. This is a 100% Remote, Full time position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative operations for the Perinatal Research Consortium (PRC), supporting 10?14 participating sites.
• Schedule, organize, and support PRC meetings, committees, and working groups (e.g., Finance, Strategic Growth, Trainee Grant Committees).
• Prepare, organize, and distribute agendas, materials, and updates to consortium members and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a central point of contact for PRC site coordinators to ensure timely responses, submissions, and follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with PRC site staff to disseminate updates, deadlines, and consortium-wide announcements.
• Track site deliverables and monitor compliance with timelines and consortium requirements.
• Interface with internal departments including IRB, Clinical Trials Office, Research Finance, and Information Technology as needed.
• Track, review, and process site invoices for accuracy and timeliness; enter payment data into designated financial and payment systems.
• Enter and maintain invoicing and payment-related data in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• Assist Research Finance leadership with project coordination, documentation, and internal tracking.
• Support pre-award and post-award processes, including reviewing materials for completeness and compliance.
• Assist with subaward and invoice request coordination and communication with internal and external partners.
• Organize and track regulatory and IRB-related documents across consortium sites.
• Ensure accurate filing and version control of consortium records, agreements, and correspondence.
• Maintain organized electronic files and internal databases.
• Monitor shared databases and tracking tools to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives assigned by the Program Manager or Research Finance leadership.
• Perform other related duties in support of PRC operations and growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent in education and experience
• Complete proficiency in written and spoken English
• Self-directed and able to make independent decisions within the parameters of all federal, state, institutional and departmental guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PRC operations and study coordination.
• ACRP/ SOCRA Professional certification, current or past
