Collaborate with OMA team members to implement program plans
and budgets in alignment with university policies and
procedures.
Support program logistics, including procurement, purchasing,
and contract-related processes in accordance with university
guidelines.
Develop and communicate program policies, procedures,
timelines, and guidelines to students, faculty, and partners.
Supervise and coordinate student employees involved in kit
production and program activities.
Manage day-to-day program operations, including scheduling,
task tracking, and workflow coordination.
Maintain accurate records and data related to kit production,
distribution, and program activities.
Assist with coordination of internal and external partnerships
related to program implementation.
Ensure adherence to university policies, safety standards, and
program expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and
experience).
- Ability to work on-site at Miami University’s Oxford
campus.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy materials and
packages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word
and Excel, and ability to learn new software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving
skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
