The work requires professional judgment informed by researching emerging issues and analyzing data and includes developing recommendations and resolving problems without clearly defined solutions (i.e., specific to programs connected to different partners). The position routinely communicates with public health professionals, faculty, community organizations, and workforce partners to facilitate meetings, deliver training and presentations, and represent CPHI externally. The role also requires strong technology proficiency across program management, learning management, and reporting platforms, and the ability to work independently (within CPHI frameworks) while coordinating a multidisciplinary team without direct supervisory authority. The position’s schedule involves evening and weekend events, requiring flexibility beyond a standard Monday–Friday schedule. Though the position has no direct reports, it provides functional leadership, which includes setting expectations, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed through influence and collaboration. This position also contributes to the strategic growth of CPHI's professional education portfolio. This position requires specialized knowledge, independent judgment, professional communication, technology proficiency, and functional leadership resulting in responsibility that goes beyond routine administrative coordination.
