Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design,
communication, or a related field with a minimum of two years of
experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design principles,
curriculum development, or program design.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience
leading workshops, training sessions, or programming for diverse
audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management; ability to
manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the
ability to produce clear program materials, reports, and
correspondence.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and
external partners.
- Project management skills; ability to plan, coordinate, and
deliver programs from concept to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic
team.
Commitment to inclusive excellence and the ability to design
programs that are accessible and welcoming to all students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education, student affairs, or a
university-based program development role.
- Master's degree in instructional design, education, curriculum
and instruction, or a related field.
- Experience with learning assessment, micro-credentialing
frameworks, or competency-based education.
- Experience with marketing communications and outreach to
promote program offerings.
- Familiarity with NACE career-readiness competencies or similar
professional development frameworks.
- Experience supporting diverse and underrepresented student
populations.
Demonstrated interest in innovation, design thinking, or
interdisciplinary learning environments.

$57,151 - $60,000
