"Program Manager/CSRI RESET (UEC)"

Position Summary

Temporary, Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6/30/2026. Salary: $6,375-$7,083 per month. Location: CSRI RESET San Bernardino Center. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, typically 8:15AM to 4:45PM Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekend work required.

Typical Activities

Under minimal supervision of the Associate Director of Operations, the Program Manager will:

• Oversee the overall implementation and daily operations of the RESET Program.
• Ensure housing stability and reintegration goals are achieved.
• Maintain program compliance with requirements.
• Supervise and train Housing Navigators and staff.
• Manage casework and program budget.
• Guide development of individualized housing plans and provide SUD counseling.
• Build partnerships with community organizations.
• Monitor data and prepare reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or housing services.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field.
• 5 years of experience.
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential.
