Job Description:
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Graduate Programs, this position plays a key role in ensuring the success of graduate programs, including program development, program quality and course design, faculty quality and development, and program customization for industry development. Responsibilities also include teaching for domestic and global partner universities. Measuring KPIs and outcomes will be an integral part of the role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the quality and development of graduate-level programs and courses.
- Supports faculty development, including quality, expectations, standards, data collection and management, research opportunities and teaching schedules. Facilitate faculty meetings and training, and contributes through the Faculty Development Committee.
- Leads the SBM Advisory Council, sharing updates, collecting feedback, and executing improvements.
- Translate graduate degree programs into stackable credentials to support industry workforce development.
- Teaches three courses, or the equivalent, per year within compensation.

- An earned Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven ability to design and develop job-ready education/training/workforce programs that align with corporate strategy and business needs.
- Experience with advanced instructional and curriculum design.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Ability to lead and manage in a creative and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and manage virtual teams.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Must relate to and communicate with diverse students, faculty, staff, and external communities.
- Ability to present a professional image on behalf of SBM and CityU.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and learning management systems in support of quality teaching and learning.
Desired Qualifications:
- 6 + years of corporate experience, preferably in the Puget Sound region.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level project/program management.
- Demonstrated experience working with executive/senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience in teaching, preferably in both in-class and online modes of educational delivery.

Salary information: $85,000 - 90,000/year DOE
