Academic ConnectThe Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program (HIRCP) supervises law students on immigration-related cases and projects. The Program Manager is responsible for managing all administrative functions across the program, including developing and implementing officewide systems for efficient program management, working with leadership to manage expenses and budget, planning and overseeing events such as staff meetings and student-facing events, leading and training support staff, managing filing systems and legal support, liaising with contractors, coordinating onboarding and orientation for students and staff, developing communications like social media and newsletters, maintaining teaching materials, organizing office space, and completing other relevant tasks.
Basic qualifications include a college degree or equivalent experience and five or more years in office administration. Additional skills desired include experience in office management, event planning, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and communication tools, knowledge of accounting, and excellent interpersonal skills.
