Job Description Summary
The Program Manager manages all logistical aspects of programs delivered by Wharton Executive Education. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Program Delivery, the role involves working with Program Directors, IT, and facility staff to deliver high-quality programs. Responsibilities include managing faculty scheduling, client relationships, needs assessments, classroom assignments, program finances, and ensuring participant satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program Directors on program materials and logistics.
- Ensure client needs are met for seamless program delivery.
- Coordinate with IT and AV staff on technology needs.
- Manage faculty scheduling and relationships.
- Handle client relationships and serve as primary contact.
- Monitor quality measurements and participant feedback.
- Manage needs assessment process and program finances.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years relevant experience.
- 2-3 years coordinating conference or training programs preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
