About the area

The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) oversees teaching and learning across UWA. The Teaching Excellence unit supports the recognition of teaching at UWA, including the coordination of the Academy Fellowship Scheme.

About the opportunity

• Support the coordination and administration of UWA’s Academy Fellowship Scheme, assisting participants, mentors and assessors throughout the programme.
• Organise training, maintain programme resources, and provide accurate advice aligned with accreditation standards and the Professional Standards Framework.
• Manage participant records, contribute to process improvements, support AFS Fellows, and assist with broader Office of the PVC‑A initiatives.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
• Administrative experience in a similar environment.
• Desired experience with the Higher Education Academy Fellowship scheme and its operations within a university.
• Demonstrated ability to provide participant support and learning and teaching support in a higher education setting.
• Highly developed written, verbal communication skills, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
