You will also respond to routine enquiries and assist with student lifecycle administration. You will have experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, strong attention to detail, and confidence using IT systems and databases. Experience in a Higher or Further Education setting is desirable. This is a process-driven administrative role suited to someone looking to develop their career in Higher Education.
