The University of Glasgow has been changing the world for more than 575 years, and we are one of the world's top 100 universities, ranked 12th in the world in the Times Higher Education (THE) World Impact Rankings 2025, demonstrating that we are not only one of the best universities in the United Kingdom, but one of the best universities for the world. Our people have always been at the forefront of innovation, and our past achievements inspire our current world changers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for new Programme and Development Manager to join the University’s College of Science & Engineering Admin.

As part of the GCR IZ Leadership Team you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering a complex, multi-workstream programme with several interdependent sub-projects. The role combines strategic programme leadership, technical oversight, people management and external engagement.
You will manage an integrated Engineering and Project Management team and work closely with Academic Leads to ensure effective delivery across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with existing industry partners while developing new customer and partnerships opportunities, including identifying external funding sources to secure the long-term sustainability of the CTA.
