About the role
The BSc Economics, Finance and Data Science (EFDS) is an innovative and interdisciplinary undergraduate programme at Imperial Business School.
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our professional, busy and friendly team, to help deliver high-quality programme support. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing area of the Business School.
What you would be doing
Reporting to the Programme Manager (Economics, Finance and Data Science), you will provide high-quality administrative support to guarantee the professional and smooth running of the programme.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including dealing with queries from staff and students, maintaining accurate student records and supporting assessment processes. You will play a key role in ensuring students and Faculty have access to up-to-date information and you will help monitor engagement and feedback to continuously improve the student experience.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you will contribute to activities and programme events, helping foster a vibrant and inclusive environment.
What we are looking for
Sharing our enthusiasm and ambition to deliver programmes of the highest quality, you will bring proven experience of supporting a variety of stakeholders, managing a high-volume workload and responding flexibly to opportunities and challenges as they arise.
Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside a strong customer focus and attention to detail. You will demonstrate strong IT skills, confidence in managing large data sets and an interest in the use of technology in education.
You will be a team player with the proven ability to use your initiative and work independently and juggle several tasks confidently. A proactive, positive approach is key. Experience of working in higher education and an interest in Business Education are highly desirable.

Further Information
This is a full-time, open-ended hybrid role based at the South Kensington campus with occasional travel to White City and the potential for relocation there in future. Hybrid roles allow a blend of remote and onsite work, with the requirement that all staff will spend a minimum of 60% of their working time (typically three days per week) onsite. The role will also include occasional weekend and evening work.
A pre-interview screening phone call may be required as part of the selection process.
Interviews are expected to take place during the week commencing 27 July 2026 in-person at our South Kensington campus.
