Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to matters pertaining to the Master of Arts in Chinese Programme administration including student admission, progression, data management and teaching support
• Provide secretarial support to committees and meetings
• Provide front-line support to the office
• Coordinate Programme organised conferences and events
• Coordinate the Programme publicity, including posters, website and social media
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide logistic support to the Programme
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Be required to work outside normal office hours occasionally

Requirements

• A recognized bachelor’s degree or above
• Two years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Chinese word processing and knowledge of updating and maintaining website
• Ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently

Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Benefits
