You will work closely with academic staff, NHS partners, and professional services colleagues, acting as a key operational point of contact to ensure the smooth running of programme processes.
The role includes coordinating delivery across teaching, placements, and assessments; managing trainee progression, records, and compliance; and supporting governance activities such as Boards, Exam Boards, and Fitness to Practise procedures. You will also liaise with NHS partners and external stakeholders, maintain accurate systems and reporting, and provide line management to a Programme Administrator.

- experience in a busy administrative or programme coordination role
- proven ability to manage complex processes and competing priorities
- strong organisational, communication, and data management skills
- the ability to work independently within established frameworks
Experience within higher education, the NHS, or professional training environments would be an advantage.
Further information
This is a full-time, open-ended position. A minimum of two days per week on campus is required, with a flexible approach to a blend of on-site and remote working offered in line with university policy, following an initial onboarding period in the role.
