Plan and manage educational seminars, workshops, research symposia, and special events, including logistics, scheduling, communications, and evaluation metrics. Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and programmatic activities associated with the NextGen Postdoctoral Fellows Program. Develop and maintain relationships with university departments, community organizations, educational partners, and external collaborators to promote research engagement opportunities. Monitor program budgets, track expenditures, prepare financial reports, and assist with fiscal planning activities. Collect, analyze, and report program metrics to assess outcomes and support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with university, sponsor, state, and federal requirements applicable to research and educational programming. Provide guidance and support to students, trainees, and project participants while serving as a resource regarding program policies and procedures. Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadership and stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience coordinating programs involving faculty, researchers, trainees, or external stakeholders. Experience with event planning, project management, or program administration. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare reports to support program evaluation. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience working across multiple departments and managing competing priorities. Knowledge of university research operations, compliance requirements, and budget management practices.
